Mini gnocchi with meat sauce
A dish with a rustic flavor with our dumplings with meat sauce
- mamma emma mini gnoccchi: 400 gr
- Ground beef: 200 gr
- Carrot: 1
- Celery stalks: 2
- Onion: 1
- Tomato sauce: 2 dl
- Red wine: 15 ml
- Grated Parmesan cheese: 25 gr
- Water: 100 ml
- Extra virgin olive oil: to taste
- Salt and pepper: to taste
Preparation
Clean and finely chop the celery, carrot and onion. Chop the beef with a knife or alternatively use already minced meat. Fry the extra virgin olive oil in a pan with the chopped vegetables and a pinch of salt.
Add the minced meat and blend with a glass of red wine. As soon as the wine has evaporated, stir and add the tomato puree, then cook for half an hour. Pour the sauce in a pan with half a glass of water and as soon as it is hot, add the gnocchi. Stir them for about 2/3 minutes. Let the gnocchi simmer for a few minutes. Serve the gnocchi with grated Parmesan cheese.
