Preparation

Gricia is a classic pasta dish from Rome. Try it with our potato maccheroni. Cut the bacon into small cubes and cook in a non-stick pan until it becomes crispy. Now pour in half glass of water and let it boil.

Ricetta Guanciale

Add the mamma emma potato maccheroni and stir gently for 3 minutes. Add some pecorino cheese and mix well. Serve in a plate and add some more pecorino cheese.
