How to cook mamma emma's potato maccheroni
Our potato macaroni are very easy to cook. Just add them in a pan with your favourite sauce, 100 ml of water per pack and stir for about 3 minutes.

The potato macaroni mamma emma are an innovative product and all to be enjoyed. A format never seen before in a dumpling, which pays homage to the favorite dish of the Italians: pasta. Easy to digest and very quick to prepare, just pour them directly into the pan with the addition of 100 ml of water, the sauce you prefer, and in 3 minutes you will have prepared a winning dish!
Our potato macaroni are made with: 65% steamed potatoes, type “0” wheat flour, eggs, salt, sunflower oil.
For our macaroni, as for all the other Mamma Emma products, we use only fresh potatoes selected and steamed. Potatoes, true queens of the emma mother world, are an excellent source of potassium, vitamin C and complex carbohydrates. They also contain a high content of water and fibers.
