The ingredients of our spinach spatzle are: type “0” wheat flour, spinach 30%, water, eggs, sunflower oil, salt. All selected to give you a healthy and genuine product, without preservatives.

Spätzle are typical of Tyrol but their origins are Germanic. The characteristic “drop” shape is made with a special tool: the Spätzlehobel, a grater that has a perforated base on which the dough is brought down. In this wonderful traditional product resides a very ancient art and culinary wisdom.
