Our baked potato maccheroni alla sorrentina are delicious and very easy to make. Start by cutting the mozzarella into cubes. In a casserole dish pour first the tomato sauce and then the mamma emma potato maccheroni. Cover with mozzarella cubes and a lot of grated Parmesan cheese.

Gnocchi Pomodoro Basilico

Cook in a preheated oven at 200° C for around 10-12 minutes. Your potato maccheroni alla sorrentina will be ready when the cheese and the mozzarella melt.
