Unleash creativity with these pumpkin gnocchi with cheese
- Gnocchi with pumpkin: 400 gr
- Milk: 250 ml
- Grated Parmesan cheese: 50 gr
- Chopped Asiago cheese: 100 gr
- Butter: 25 gr
- Flour: 25 gr
- Water: 100 ml
- Salt, pepper, thyme, dried marigold, natural licorice powder : to taste
Preparation
If you like to experiment in the kitchen, the creative pumpkin dumplings are right for you. Heat the milk and set it aside. Melt the butter in a pan and add the flour little by little, stirring for a few minutes. First add the heated milk and then the cheeses, continuing to stir until you get a smooth sauce.
At this point cook the gnocchi with pumpkin mamma emma: sauté them in a pan with 100 ml of water and add a knob of butter. Put the asiago fondue on the bottom and then the gnocchi. Sprinkle with licorice powder, thyme and dried marigold. All you have to do is taste this delicacy!
