The gnocchi with butter and sage are very easy to make, you’ll only need few ingredients. Cut some sage leaves into strips and leave some for the decoration. In a non-stick pan melt the butter with the sage strips. Add half glass of water and let it boil.

Burro e salvia

Pour in the mamma emma pumpking gnocchi and cook for 3 minutes gently mixing. When they’re almost ready, add some grated Parmesan cheese. Finally, serve with more cheese and decorate with the sage leaves.
