Turmeric and ginger gnocchi with Greek yoghurt and salmon
The freshness of the ginger and the Greek yoghurt in a meal perfect for summer
- gnocchi with turmeric and ginger: 400 gr
- butter: 50 gr
- sliced salmon: 100 gr
- Greek yoghurt : 50 gr
- water: 100 ml
Turmeric and ginger gnocchi with Greek yoghurt and salmon is a fresh and light dish perfect for the summer season.
Start with the salmon. Cut it into strips or cubes and set aside half. Melt the butter in a pan together with the other half of salmon cubes, add half glass of water and the Greek yoghurt. Now let’s cook the gnocchi.
Take your mamma emma potato gnocchi with turmeric and ginger and pour them in the pan. Mix gently and let them cook for 3 minutes. Finally, put in plates and decorate with the other half of salmon cubes e some drops of yoghurt.
