Potato macaroni with cream, bacon and zucchini

- Potato maccheroni: 400 gr
- Zucchini: 1
- Speck: 50 gr
- Cream: 200 ml
- Water: 100 ml
- Extra virgin olive oil: to taste
- Parmesan cheese: to taste
The potato maccheroni are a new format of gnocchi never seen before that will certainly amaze your guests. To prepare this recipe, cook a zucchini cut into small cubes with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in a pan. Add 4 slices of bacon cut into strips and let it brown. When the bacon is crispy, add 200 ml of cream, turn off the heat and mix. Turn the heat back on and add 50ml of water. As soon as it reaches temperature, add the mamma emma potato maccheroni in the pan and stir gently.
Gradually add the remaining 50ml of water and cook for 2-3 minutes until all the water is completely absorbed. Serve with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.
