Organic Tyrolean-style spätzle dumplings

the ingredients

Our organic Tyrolean-style dumplings are made with: type “0” wheat flour, 25% spinach, water, eggs, salt, sunflower seed oil. All ingredients come from organic farming.

Originating in Germany and typical of the Tyrol, they could not give up bringing such a special product to your table, preparing it the way we prepare all our Gnocchi: using only fresh and selected ingredients, with no added preservatives .

How to prepare our Tyrolean-style spatzle

For best cooking, pour 100 ml of water for each packet into a skillet with a sauce of your choice. Once everything is mixed, pour the organic spinach spatzle into the pan and cook for about 3 minutes, until the sauce thickens. Serve directly on a plate.
