A traditional first course
Mamma Emma’s organic Tyrolean spätzle are made with 100% Italian organic spinach and contain the authentic flavour of South Tyrolean cuisine. Delicious as a first course, they are also excellent served as a side for meat dishes.
Our organic Tyrolean dumplings are made with: soft wheat flour type “0”, spinach 25%, water, eggs, sunflower oil, salt. All the ingredients come from organic farming.
Originating in Germany and typical of Tyrol, they could not give up bringing such a special product to your table, preparing it as we prepare all our gnocchi: using only fresh and selected ingredients, without adding preservatives.

For a better end result, pour 100 ml of water into a pan for each pack, with a sauce to taste. When the water and sauce heat up, add the organic spinach spatzle into the pan and cook for about 3 minutes, until the sauce thickens. Serve directly on the plate.
