The ingredients of our Gnocchi with Asiago DOP cheese and porcini mush rooms are: potatoes steamed 59%, type “0” wheat flour, pressed Asiago DOP 5% (milk, salt, rennet), ricotta cheese spread (ricotta 98% (whey, cream cheese, salt), whey protein concentrate, milk enzymes), potatoes starch, porcini mushrooms 3% (Boletus edulis), eggs, salt, porcini mushroom concentrate extract, sunflower seed oil.

Asiago DOP cheese takes its name from the area in which it is produced: the Asiago Plateau and surrounding areas.
We use the type of pressed (fresh) Asiago made from the whole whole milk produced by cows fed fodder from pastures/meadows in the DOP area. The incredible taste of this cheese is enhanced by porcini mushrooms that make the filling perfect.
