The main ingredients of our gnocchi with organic wholemeal flour are: potatoes 70%, soft wheat flour 27%, salt, sunflower oil. They all come from organic farming.
Organic wholemeal flour preserves the nutritional qualities of wheat more than traditional flour. The result is a food rich in fiber and valuable nutrients such as vitamins B, E and minerals.
