Cinnamon butter gnocchi are very easy and fast to make. Melt the butter in a pan, add half glass of water and let it boil. Pour in the mamma emma potato gnocchi and cook for 3 minutes.
When they’re almost ready, mix in a bowl the cinnamon, the sugar and some grated Parmesan cheese or Grana Padano. Pour the mixture in the pan with the gnocchi and stir gently until ready. Serve with some more grated cheese on top.
