- Grappa, extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper: to taste
Preparation
The combination of vodka and shrimps was born in the 1980s and is still part of the Italian culinary tradition today. Why not try this recipe with gnocchi?
Brown the shallot in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Add about 300 gr of fresh shrimps and cook for a few minutes. Then fade everything with a little bit of vodka and let it evaporate. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Now that the seasoning is ready, cook the potato gnocchi mamma emma. Add 100 ml of boiling water in the pan and then the gnocchi. Let it cook for a few minutes. Let’s drain and stir our gnocchi. Ready to eat!
