The ingredients of our gnocchi with organic spelt flour come from organic farming and are: potatoes (65%), spelt flour (34%), salt, sunflower seed oil.

Spelt, a precious cereal, has been cultivated by man for millennia. We wanted to rediscover it and use it as an ingredient in our Gnocchi because of its particularly refined taste and exceptional nutritional properties.

How to make gnocchi with organic spelt flour

Our organic spelt flour gnocchi are prepared directly in the pan with the addition of 100 ml water. Mix the sauce well, pour the gnocchi into the pan and cook for
3 minutes, stirring gently, until the sauce thickens.
