The ingredients of our gnocchi with organic spelled flour come from organic farming and are: potatoes (65%), spelled flour (34%), salt, sunflower oil.
Spelled, a precious cereal, has been cultivated by man for millennia. We wanted to rediscover it and use it as an ingredient for our gnocchi thanks to its particularly refined taste and exceptional nutritional properties.

Our organic gnocchi with spelt flour gnocchi can be cooked directly in the pan with the addition of 100 ml of water. Just add the gnocchi into the pan with a warm sauce and stirr gently for 3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
