• In a bowl, water down the quark cheese with some warm water and add salt and pepper. Stir and leave aside.
  • In a pan, add 100ml of water, warm it up and then add a pack of mamma emma beetroot gnocchi. Sauté them for 3 minutes and then add the saffron.
