Prepare your gravy
Create your own sauce to taste and bring it to temperature. Add 100ml of water. Don't be afraid to dilute the sauce too much.
Beetroot gnocchi with quark cheese and saffron
- Beetroot gnocchi: 400 gr
- Quark cheese: 200 gr
- Saffron: 15 gr
- Water: 100 ml
- Salt and pepper: to taste
- In a bowl, water down the quark cheese with some warm water and add salt and pepper. Stir and leave aside.
- In a pan, add 100ml of water, warm it up and then add a pack of mamma emma beetroot gnocchi. Sauté them for 3 minutes and then add the saffron.
- Once the gnocchi are ready, add the quark cheese, a little olive oil and enjoy!
