In a non-stick skillet, heat some extra-virgin olive oil, add the peas and cook for 5 minutes with little salt. Add the ham and cook over a low heat 3 minutes longer.
 

HOW TO MAKE THE GNOCCHI


In the same skillet, pour 100ml of water and bring to a boil. Add the gnocchi and gently stir-fry for 3 minutes. When they’re ready, add the robiola cheese.
