Organic gnocchi with spelt flour, cannellini bean cream and colorful cabbages
The lightness of our organic gnocchi with spelt flour meets the tastiness of the cannellini beans and the cabbages
- Organic gnocchi with spelt flour: 350 gr
- Cannellini beans: 230 gr
- Cabbages mix (steamed): 180 gr
- Extra virgin olive oil: 30 ml
- Water: 100 ml
- Salt, spices, aromatic herbs: to taste
To make the organic gnocchi with spelt flour, cannellini bean cream and colorful cabbages start with the dressing: in a blender mix cannellini beans, water, olive oil and spices. Set aside.
Why should we use just one type of cabbage when they’re all so good?
Place in the pan the cabbages with different colors and add 100 ml of water. Let it boil and pour in the mamma emma organic gnocchi with spelt flour. They will be ready in 3 minutes. Finally, prepare the plate and add a trickle of extra virgin olive oil. Decorate with linseeds and hemp seeds and serve.
