Potato gnocchi with peppers
The quality of our potato gnocchi meets the peppers’ sweetness
- potato gnocchi mamma emma: 400 gr
- peppers (red and yellow): 2
- tomato sauce: 250 ml
- onion: 1
- water: 100 ml
- extra virgin olive oil: to taste
- almond flakes: to taste
- fresh basil: to taste
The recipe for potato gnocchi with peppers is easy to make. Chop the onion finely and brown it in a pan with extra virgin olive oil. Add some water and let it cook until it becomes soft.
Cut the peppers into strips and pour them in the pan. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Add the tomato sauce and some basil leaves. Let it cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring from time to time.
Pour in 100 ml of water and then the mamma emma potato gnocchi. They will be ready in 3-4 minutes.
Finally decorate with more basil leaves and almond flakes.
