Potato gnocchi: 400 g
Broccoli rabe: 150 g
Garlic: 1 clove
Anchovies: to taste
Breadcrumbs: to taste
Extra virgin olive oil: to taste
Cooking water: 100 ml
Blanch the broccoli rabe in a pot filled with salted boiling water.
In a frying pan, roast the garlic clove with 3 anchovies and chili pepper. Add the broccoli rabe and simmer.
Take 100ml of blanched broccoli rabe cooking water from the pot and add the gnocchi.
