Pugliese style potato gnocchi
- Potato gnocchi: 400 g
- Broccoli rabe: 150 g
- Garlic: 1 clove
- Anchovies: to taste
- Breadcrumbs: to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil: to taste
- Cooking water: 100 ml
Preparation
Blanch the broccoli rabe in a pot filled with salted boiling water.
In a frying pan, roast the garlic clove with 3 anchovies and chili pepper. Add the broccoli rabe and simmer.
Take 100ml of blanched broccoli rabe cooking water from the pot and add the gnocchi.
