Start by frying in a pan celery, carrot and onion finely chopped. Put in the sausage crumbled by hand and let it fry for a few minutes, add some white white too. Finally pour in the tomato sauce and salt. Cook for about 10 minutes.
When the sauce is ready add 100 ml of water, let it boil and pour in the mamma emma potato gnocchi. Cook for about 3 minutes. Put everything in a casserole dish and add some mozzarella cubes and grated cheese. Bake in the oven until golden from 8 to 10 minutes.
