Spätzlr with turmeric and alpine cheese fondue
A first course with an intense flavor that will amaze your guests at dinner
mamma emma Spätzle: 350 gr
Alpine cheeses of your choice: 200 gr
Butter: 50 gr
Turmeric: 10 gr
Extra virgin olive oil: to taste
Salt: to taste
Put the melted butter and cheese in a hot pan. When they start to melt add the spätzle and the turmeric.
Cook the spätzle in a pan for 3 minutes, taking care not to burn the cheese. Season with salt and pepper, add a drizzle of oil and serve.

Create your own sauce to taste and bring it to temperature. Add 100ml of water. Don't be afraid to dilute the sauce too much.

Sautee for 3 minutes
Stir gently for about 3 minutes, long enough for the sauce to thicken. If necessary, during cooking, add a little water to soften the product.
