Pumpkin gnocchi with pumpkin seeds and sage: a creative and original recipe
- Pumpkin gnocchi: 400 gr
- Butter: 25 gr
- Water: 100 ml
- Pumpkin seeds: 30 gr
- Sage: to taste
- Grated cheese: to taste
- Salt and pepper: to taste
Pumpkin gnocchi with pumpkin seeds and sage is the perfect meal to share with friends at dinner. Fast and easy to make, it will surely satisfy your guests. You can use any kind of mamma emma gnocchi but we prefer the pumpkin ones.
Let’s start by toasting the pumpkin seeds in a pan. When you’re done, set them aside.
In the same pan melt the butter, add the sage and let if fry a bit. Put the sage away and add 100 ml of water. Let it boil and then add the mamma emma pumpkin gnocchi. Let them cook for 3 minutes.
Finally add some grated cheese and the sage you fried before. Prepare the plate and decorate with the pumpkin seeds, more cheese and black pepper.
