The ingredients for our gluten-free gnocchi with multigrain flour are:

69% steamed potatoes, 13% flour blend (42% brown rice, yellow corn, 21% buckwheat), gluten-free blend (corn starch, rice flour, thickener: guar gum; corn flour, thickener: xanthan gum; vegetable fiber), water, vegetable fiber, salt, sunflower oil.


Our gluten-free flour mix is made up of: brown rice, which provides a high amount of B and E vitamins; yellow maize, which has a high protein content and antioxidant effect; and buckwheat, which is low in starch and high in protein, lipids and minerals.
